Our kitchen serves something you won't easily find: a careful, seasonal menu built around rare game meat from licensed sources, cooked slowly over open flame and paired with local produce. Dinner here is the part of the day people remember most.

Every room and corner is shaped from upcycled wood gathered from the land — furniture with grain, doors with stories, balconies that face into the acacia. The lodge sits inside its landscape, not on top of it.
